Ordering services online

We have just launched a newly revised web site. The major enhancement of the new site is the “shop” feature. Now anyone can order services from CentraCom via the web site www.centracom.com. The new ordering system matches your address to the available services in your area. It also has an interactive shopping cart that stays updated with the services you’ve selected.

The new ordering system can be used by new customers to subscribe to CentraCom services or by existing customers to add services to their account. After the order process is complete, each user will receive an initial order confirmation via email. Shortly after the order is received, a CentraCom Customer Service Representative (CSR) will call to confirm the order and schedule the installation appointment.

This new feature allows our community to sign-up for service anytime it is convenient for them. It also removes the confusion of what services are available in each area.
